mrcsTV is a novel education and training programme for doctors studying for the examinations at any of the four Royal Colleges of Surgeons in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. It is also relevant to doctors studying for similar qualifications around the world.
Adrian”s prize was a pewter Highland Quaich – originating in the Scottish Highlands and traditionally used as a Cup of Welcome and for offering a farewell drink. Quaich is derived from cuach, a Gaelic word meaning shallow cup with two handles called lugs.
